The Six Stages of Implementation

  • Assess School Requirements

    First Stage

    This is first step where we gather client requirements to understand their process. The information is shared between different team members at our end.

  • Demonstrate Our Product/School Fit

    Second Stage

    Based on the requirements gathered in the first step, we demonstrate the process modifications required to utilize the data from the legacy system including the change management process.

  • Define Scope & Timelines

    Third Stage

    The third step is crucial for everyone. It simplifies the expectations at both ends in terms of scope where we evaluate what can be done and what cannot with a timeframe and cutover period.

  • Deployment & Plannning

    Fourth Stage

    This step is performed at our end where we migrate the data from the legacy system to ours. Here we consolidate the data, configure system settings and make a dry run to mitigate or fix the effects of a possible failure.

  • Implementation & Executing Together

    Fifth Stage

    Deployment provides us the green signal for implementation where we launch the production environment and go live. In this stage; we work together with the school staff over a cutover period where we provide them the training to use the software.

  • Post Implementation Support

    Sixth and the Last Stage

    In the post-implementation phase we conclude all the open tasks and ensure a smooth, effective transition from our team to the staff at school.
